Delete your account

You are always in control of your data.

You can permanently delete your Weky account and the data associated with it directly in the app. Here's how:

  1. Open Weky on your iPhone.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.

What gets deleted: your account and its cloud copy of streaks, achievements, and profile are permanently removed. This cannot be undone. Note: any active subscription is billed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting your account — manage it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Prefer we do it for you?

If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and permanently delete your account data within 30 days.

A note on local data

Some data — like alarms and progress that were never synced to an account — lives only on your device. Deleting the Weky app from your iPhone removes that local data as well.
