Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what Weky ("we", "us", "our") collects, why, and the choices you have. In short: Weky is built to keep as much as possible on your device.

The short version. Your camera images and health data are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

1. Data processed on your device only

These never leave your iPhone and are never sent to us or any third party:

Camera images. Photos taken for missions (push-ups, sky, made bed, object hunt) are analyzed on-device to verify the mission and are then discarded. They are not saved to our servers.
Health & sleep data. If you connect Apple Health, sleep information is read on-device to show your summaries. We do not receive or store it.
Microphone (affirmation mission). Speech is processed on-device to confirm you spoke the phrase and is not recorded or transmitted.

2. Data stored to run the app

Your alarms, settings, streaks, and achievements are stored on your device. If you create an optional account, this progress is synced to our cloud provider so it survives reinstalls and syncs across your devices.

3. Account information

If you sign in (for example, with Sign in with Apple), we receive a user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name. We use this only to maintain your account and sync your progress. We never receive your Apple password.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock features, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic and crash information to fix bugs and improve reliability. This is not used to identify you.

6. Permissions we request

Notifications — to alert you when your alarm rings.
Camera — for photo and motion missions.
Microphone — for the affirmation mission.
Health (optional) — for sleep summaries.
Screen Time / app limits (optional) — for bedtime app locking.

You control every permission in iOS Settings and can revoke any of them at any time.

7. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your camera images or health data for advertising. We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run the app (such as our cloud sync provider and Apple), and only as needed to provide the service.

8. Data retention and deletion

Progress stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. If you created an account, you can delete it and its cloud data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or by following our Delete Account instructions. See that page for what is removed.

9. Children

Weky is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
